Leg1t Camp Cancelled

Dear Parents & Players,

We have made the tough decision to cancel (“postpone”) Leg1t Camp that is scheduled to be held next week.  With King County remaining in Phase Two for the foreseeable future, we didn’t feel that we could provide the campers a fun and valuable experience in the small group setting.  The hour sessions that have been held the past several weeks worked out great, but we are worried that the kids will not be as enthusiastic for camp in this same set up.

We are committed to doing something else “camp like” this fall even if it is a series of Saturday mornings.  We will see how the school year kicks off and what our associations decide to do for fall programming and then make our decisions.

We will be processing refunds over the next several days.

As always, thank you for your support of Mount Si Lacrosse.  Please stay healthy and well and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Team Training and Valhalla Tournament Cancelled

Dear Parents & Players,

We regret to inform you that earlier today we were learned that the Valhalla tournament is cancelled.  Unfortunately, the recent announcement by Governor Inslee indicating that phases are staying as is for the foreseeable future eliminated any possibility of this tournament happening.

I think we all knew it was a long shot, but we were hopeful.  We appreciate you and your player’s willingness to give it a try.

Over the course of the next several days, Angela, will be managing refunds.  Because the tournament cancelled on us, you will receive a full refund.

We have decided to discontinue any practices for the time being and encourage you all to enjoy the remainder of your summer.

Please help motivate your player to get out and move, run, bike, play wall ball and have fun.

While we aren’t certain what fall will bring, we do intend to offer small group sessions, clinics and other activities if we can.

It was great seeing all of you and thanks again for having great kids that were polite and respectful in following all of our rules and protocols.
